ABOUT LOOE, CORNWALL Looe is a historic Cornish fishing port with quaint streets, numerous restaurants, cafes, takeaways, pubs & inns, variety of shops, harbour, sandy beach, hidden coves and it's own island. Looe is a popular holiday destination in South East Cornwall. Nearby is Polperro, which is a picturesque Cornish fishing village with traditional white painted cottages around the harbour, famed for its rich heritage and history of smuggling and fishing. Looe Harbour has traditionally been the focus of attention when the fishing boats come back to Harbour to unload their catches. The entrance to Tresorya is via electronic wooden gates just down the lane to the side of the property. The current owners have taken great care to ensure the property is immaculately presented. RAMBLING GARDENS - The large landscaped gardens are perfect for barbeques and relaxing in the summer with a glass of wine. KITCHEN - Tresorya has a hand-made wooden fitted kitchen with marble worktops and Aga as well as beamed ceiling. It is also equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. LAUNDRY ROOM - A washing machine and tumble-drier are also provided in an outside laundry room. LOUNGE WITH REAL LOG FIRE - The tasteful décor in the lounge is complimented by the traditional Cornish open fireplace and beamed ceiling. There is a colour television with Freeview, DVD and video recorder as well as the three-piece suite, book shelf and coffee table. DINING ROOM & SUN ROOM - The spacious dining / sun room with beautiful views of the mature gardens in the grounds has a three piece suite and free-standing reading lamps as well as a 3-seater futon and dining table with 10 chairs. FAMILY BEDROOM (SLEEPS 3) - “Family” bedroom (with a double, single bed and bedroom furniture) DOUBLE BEDROOM (SLEEPS 2) - Double bed and bedroom furniture. SINGLE BEDROOM (SLEEPS 1) - Single bed and bedroom furniture. BATHROOM - The main bathroom is spacious and has a matching bathroom suite as well as a walk in shower. ENSUITE TWIN BEDROOM (SLEEPS 2 + 2) - There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower and WC. 2 further guest beds are available upon request as well as the comfortable double futon in the dining room. BED LINEN PROVIDED - All rooms are tastefully decorated with bed linen provided but you are asked to bring your own towels. DINE ALFRESCO - There is garden furniture from which you can enjoy the landscaped gardens in the property's secluded grounds. PETS - Well behaved pets are accepted by prior arrangement only. There is a £10 surcharge per pet per week/short break. Pets are not to be left unattended in the property during a rental. ELECTRICITY & LOGS - Electricity is included in the tariff and there is no charge for logs used on the open fire.
