It is attached to the owners' main residence with a beautiful private garden area for your use with seating, two sunbeds and a barbeque.
A real sun-trap in summer. There are absolutely lovely sea views towards Looe Island & over the bay and as far reaching valley views.

At Millendreath there
are woodland walks in the valley and coastal path to Looe, which is
a historic Cornish fishing port with quaint streets, restaurants, variety
of shops, a harbour, sandy beach, hidden coves and it's own island. Looe is approximately
a five minute drive from Millendreath.
Nearby is Polperro, which is a picturesque Cornish fishing village with traditional white painted cottages overlooking
the harbour, famed for its history of smuggling & fishing.
The heritage museum at Polperro has old photos & exhibits.
Millendreath offers easy access by road or rail. The Looe Valley Railway Station is just a short taxi ride away and is extremely popular with tourists. It winds its way for just over eight miles through the unspoilt Cornish countryside, along
the river, hugging the steep sided Looe Valley.
Millendreath has a beach and also benefits from being particularly well located, with a wide variety of beaches nearby. There are also many beautiful coastal & country

SIBLYBACK BOATING LAKES welcome holidaymakers for a fun-packed day in the tranquil setting of the beautiful Cornish moorland. Hire a sailing dinghy, canadian canoe, rowing boat, kayak canoe, surf skis or a windsurfer.

ACCOMMODATION
Robins Nest is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday.
The studio is a very small (but beautifully located) basic holiday accommodation sleeping 2. An ideal base from which to explore the area. There is a garden area with seating, a barbeque and two sunbeds set on the hillside (a real sun-trap in summer). Private off-road parking is included in the tariff.
The accommodation occupies a great location on the coastal path and has sea views. It is double-glazed and is attached to the owners' main residence with it's own private pathway and a seperate entrance.
The Kitchen has cupboards & worktop, full size cooker, microwave, fridge/ice box, kettle, toaster, clock and an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots & pans.
The Studio/Living Area has two easy chairs, 20" colour TV, occassional table, a dining table and chairs for 2 , a king size bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe and drawers.
The Bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC. Mirror and towel rail.
This quirky studio accommodation is ideal as a base for a couple and the location high on the coastal path is stunning.
The accommodation is presented on one level.
Electricity is by way of a meter (£1 coins).
Bed linen for 2 guests is included in the tariff.
Off-road parking is free for holidaymakers renting the studio.
A patio set is provide, should you decide to dine alfresco and enjoy the lovely sea views.
There is a barbeque in the garden for your use.
Pets : 1 small dog is accepted by arrangement. There is a surcharge of £10.00 per booking.
