 HOW TO BOOK BRISBAN PLACE : Select your holiday dates, then either telephone one of our sales advisors on 01752 605605 (office hours 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday) or email sales@valleyvillas.com with your enquiry out of office hours. To provisionally book on-line, click the Reserve this Property On-Line link, complete & submit the form. Once confirmed by Valley Villas (either by email or by a call from one of our sales advisors) your provisional booking will be honoured for 5 days, subject to our receipt of the completed booking form (which can be printed off - click Print Booking Form), deposit & fee. Confirmation will be sent by return of post. A £150 deposit per week booked is required upon booking & the outstanding balance of rental is due 28 days before the start of your holiday. If booking less than 28 days before the start of your holiday, full payment is required upon booking.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
Once you have made your provisional booking and have received a confirmation email from us or telephone call, you will need to confirm your booking by completing and posting a booking form to us along with the deposit & booking fee within 5 days (once your provisonal booking has been accepted, your holiday dates will be reserved for up to 5 days). Print off a booking form from our website, click Print Booking Form or we can post one out to you upon request.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
1) Your provisional booking will be honoured for 5 days from the date of your booking request, pending Valley Villas receipt of the completed booking form, deposit & booking fee. (Deposit on Brisban Place is £150 for each week booked).
2) Once the completed booking form, deposit & fee have been received & booking accepted (under the terms and conditions of rental contract), a receipt for your deposit will be sent by return of post, as well as confirmation of your holiday dates, holiday property booked & date the outstanding balance of rental will be due (28 days before the start of your holiday). *If booking less than 28 days before the start of your holiday full payment is required.
3) Upon receipt of the outstanding balance of rental. You will receive a receipt for the balance of rental by return of post along with directions to the property, details of where to obtain the keys and telephone contact numbers for the Owners' caretaker for the holiday property, should you require advice or assistance before or during your stay.
