Towan Place Luxury Apartment by Fistral Bay, Newquay is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 4:00 pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. The property is presented to a luxury standard throughout and sleeps 4-6 guests. The apartment is very spacious and offers first class self catering accommodation with a lovely sea view balcony. This brand new luxury apartment in a prime location in Newquay will appeal to discerning holidaymakers.

Entering this ground floor apartment from the main hall, the front door opens into the hall with intercom system in the apartment.

The Kitchen has a range of quality fitted units, gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer,quality dining table & 8 chairs, kettle, toaster and is equipped with an ample supply of high quality utensils, crockery and glassware.

The lounge room is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished with two comfortable double leather settees (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), a coffee table, occasional tables, colour LCD television with Free View Satellite channels, DVD player, and CD/radio music centre.

A patio door opens to a spacious patio area in the enclosed landscaped communial gardens with beautiful sea views. The patio has table and chairs to enjoy sunsets and views of the Headland Point.

The Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) with En-suite shower room, is a spacious bright and sunny room with a double bed, quality spacious wardrobes and matching bedroom furniture. Bedroom window directly overlooks the beautiful sea views of Headland Point.

The second bedroom is also spacious with two 3' single beds, has double wardrobes and matching bedroom furniture.

Two fold-up beds are available upon request (additional bed linen for two guests is available to hire at the time of booking at £15 per guest per week/short break).

The attractive bathroom has an overbath shower, matching bathroom suite and heated towel rail.

Storage Areas - There two storage areas to the apartment (internal & external). The external storage area can be used for Surfboards, Cycles & even a small Dinghy.

Electricity and the provision of bed linen (for 4 guests) are included in the tariff.

FREE ALLOCATED PARKING FOR 1 FAMILY SIZED CAR
The A partment ha s free allocated overnight parking space for 1 family sized car. There is no other free allocated overnight parking spaces in or near Headland Point.

ADDITIONAL PARKING ARRANGEMENTS
Guests who intend bringing 2 or more cars that they should contact Restormal Borough Council - Car Park Ticket section (01726 223303) at least 4 weeks prior to their arrival so as to arrange a weekly car parking ticket. These tickets are vehicle specific (that's why the owner can't arrange this facility in advance) and cost £25 for 1 week (or £65 for the whole Season - 16/07 to 31/08). These tickets will allow people to park in designated overnight long stay areas 24/7 and up to 2 hours in any 24 hour area (any longer and fines will be incurred). There is a designated long stay area just off Dean Road (road that leads up to the Atlantic Hotel from the Red Lion pub), which caters for all overnight "pay and display" parking around the Headland.

A cot is available with cot linen at £20 per holiday, subject to availability.

Please note: No single sex groups are accepted at the property. Families & couples only.

Pets are not accepted at Towan Place Luxury Apartment.

N.B. There is a strict No-smoking policy in the property.

Golf is available for holiday guests (there is a charge) within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Please telephone The Newquay Golf Club to book your visitors round of golf in advance.
