As befitting of its prime coastal location, the development has a classic nautical feel & enjoys many stylish design features. The properties all benefit from double glazing, natural timber decking and fully fitted kitchens, as well as the latest high-tech pressurised central heating systems.
Downderry is a popular Cornish seaside village enjoying breathtaking unspoilt coastline & countryside. Good local day-to-day facilities are in abundance at Downderry with a general store, Post Office, traditional inn with lovely sea views and The Rosery Restaurant.
For those who enjoy walking, the famous coastal paths provide plenty of opportunities with nearby Seaton, Looe, Talland Bay & a little further afield to the charming 13th Century harbour at Polperro. The cliffside paths that run along Downderry afford outstanding views from Rame Head in the East right over to Looe in the West. You'll also discover the stunning wooded walk through the valley to Hessenford just a mile away. Good leisure and sporting facilities are all within easy reach, such as the stunning cliffside 18 hole golf course at Whitsand Bay, which also boasts an pool, sauna and restaurant

THE INN ON THE SHORE at Downderry is just a minutes' walk away. The Inn is south facing on the waters edge at Downderry in South East Cornwall. The sheltered decks surrounding the inn give panoramic sea views from Looe Island to Rame Head and seawards to the Eddystone Lighthouse. The Inn on the Shore offers a fantastic selection of food and wines in its first class restaurant. From light lunches to pasta dishes to great steaks and seafood, the restaurant at the Inn on the Shore has it all for the whole family. We have an extensive sit down (for up to 32) daytime menu as well as a takeaway service for those long summer days down on the beach. What better way to enjoy your Cornish holiday with a Cornish Pasty or Clotted Cream Ice Cream on the beach at Downderry, giving you a real flavour of Cornwall. ACCOMMODATION
"Seagulls" in Downderry, Cornwall is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. Seagulls Apartment is immaculately presented, centrally heated and sleeps 4. It is available for holiday rental all year, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The kitchen area has a range of fitted units, an integral cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, toaster & kettle as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. The open plan lounge is very tastefully presented and has comfortable seating, colour television, video, coffee table, as well as a dining table and 4 chairs.
The double bedroom offers a 4'6 double bed, two bedside units, bedside lamp & wardrobe.
The second bedroom has full size bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath, wash basin, over bath shower, shower screen, mirror, shelf and W.C.
There are patio doors leading to the natural timber-decked private balcony with sea views. Patio furniture is provided should you decide to dine alfresco or relax and enjoy the views.
There are some steps to Seagulls Apartment ,as it is a first (top) floor apartment.
Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff.
Electricity is included in the tariff. Parking for Seagulls is in a designated parking space.
1 small dog is accepted by arrangement.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the apartment, however smoking is permitted on the balcony. There is Tourist Information available in the property.
