The nearest main town is Fuengirola which is about 5 kilometres away and has a superb beach, good shops and excellent restaurants. The resort town of La Cala de Mijas is a similar distance and the white town of Mijas is also close by.
A large number of golf courses are located nearby, including Mijas Golf, La Cala Golf, Alhaurin, Miraflores and Santana Golf Course.
