The award was presented to site owner at a Gala Ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel and the site will also be in the running to take the Best UK Development award with the possibility of going on to represent the UK in the International Property finals in the USA. The development was selected following a rigorous judging process by UK property luminaries that included Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes magazine; Peter Bolton King, chief executive of the National Association of Estate Agents; Phil Spencer, property expert and presenter of Channel 4's Location and Relocation TV shows; Imtiaz Farookhi, chief executive of the National House Building Council; and Laura Ashley designer Gillian Farr. THE SITE - This unique development of lodges has been carefully designed with an ecological approach, each property incorporating the latest energy saving and conservation features including moss sedum roofs' and heat exchange systems.Sitting in approximately six acres of private landscaped gardens, designed by award winning landscape architect Tracey Wilson MBE. All of the lodges have stunning far reaching rural views and their own timber decked patio for dining alfesco or simply taking in the panoramic views. THE ACCOMMODATION

Caradon Executive Lodge (Sleeps 4 + Pets) is let from Saturday to Saturday with keys available from 3.00pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and departure at 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. The property is detached, cedar cladded with a timber decked patio in beautifully designed and landscaped grounds. The property is presented to a five star standard and has stunning rural views with triple aspect windows in the lounge and bi folding full length windows. The accommodation offers all the extras you would expect including a high quality fitted Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Sky Television, Wireless Internet Access, Underfloor Heating and Engineered Oak Plank Flooring. There is allocated parking in this award winning gated development.
