The Mission Hall is a former meeting hall built in 1878 and has recently been converted to very high standard including unique original features offering plenty of appeal to discerning guests. The picturesque coastal villages of Kingsand & Cawsand are unspoilt & have sandy beaches. In recent years the villages have won awards for the best kept coastal villages in Cornwall. On the first floor is a large living area with a sea view and a kitchen with a mezzanine floor and views over the village to Cawsand fort. The beach is a minute away down a footpath. There are lots of rock pools with swimming from safe, clean beaches. Sailing and boating are popular in the sheltered bay & there is excellent fishing from the rocks for bass or mackerel. The Mission Hall has been lovingly restored ,offering unique original features including the original Mission Bell hanging outside the property. Kingsand is full of olde worlde charm, a great place to relax as well as offering easy access to Whitsand Bay, Seaton, Looe & Polperro. There are boats for hire and boat trips from the beach as well as a number of quaint little shops, 4 Traditional Cornish Inns/Restaurants & 2 Tea Shops.
