The main farmhouse is a traditional 15th Century thatched timber framed property with 3 double bedooms, 1 single sleeping 7 guests along with 2 other characterful properties: Stable Cottage with 3 double bedrooms,sleeping 6 guests and The Barn with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, sleeping 5 guests. This also contains the leisure complex. There is a Cinema room seating 18. This is a perfect location for a family gathering to celebrate a special milestone or just to get together for a relaxing summer break.

LOCATION : Situated in the midst of the charming village of Milstead, nestled between the Church of St Mary and the Holy Cross, the Manor House and the village cricket green. This area of the north downs which is classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, also known as the Garden of England. The town of Sittingbourne is 3 miles distant, whilst the medieval market town of Faversham and Cathedral city of Canterbury are within a 20 min drive. It is also very conveniently located for access to and from Europe with the Eurostar and Channel Tunnel approximately 25 minutes drive, making Manor Farmhouse a popular starting point for a lot of guests from Europe. London can be reached within an hour by train from Sittingbourne. Famous castles, such as Leeds Castle, Bodiam are all within easy reach as is the beach at Witstable about 15 miles from the property. Gatwick Airport is 45 minutes' drive away. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Manor Farmhouse (Sleeps 18) is let from Saturday to Saturday (Short breaks also available upon request) , keys are made available from 3.00pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. On the first floor is a cinema room seating 18 with a large flat screen surround sound TV, DVD, CD, Laser Disc, VCR, Stereo. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool set within a sunken walled garden (heated between 1 May and 30 September). The property has beautifully landscaped gardens with a water feature and views to the village cricket pitch and adjacent orchards.
