	Greengates is a large 5 bedroom detached holiday home with lovely sea views, located on the beach in Downderry, Cornwall. The property comfortably accommodates 11 guests and has a large sunny garden with a gate and private steps leading directly onto the beach at Downderry. Downderry is a popular Cornish seaside village enjoying breathtaking unspoilt coastline & countryside. Good local day-to-day facilities are in abundance at Downderry with a general store, Post Office, traditional inn with lovely sea views and The Rosery Restaurant. For those who enjoy walking, the famous coastal paths provide plenty of opportunities with nearby Seaton, Looe, Talland Bay & a little further afield to the charming 13th Century harbour at Polperro. The cliffside paths that run along Downderry afford outstanding views from Rame Head in the East right over to Looe in the West. You'll also discover the stunning wooded walk through the valley to Hessenford just a mile away. There are also many events held in Downderry, such as the raft race & annual carnival.

Greengates, Downderry Beach, Cornwall is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. This holiday property has 5 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 11 guests, there is a large garden to the rear of the property with a gate and steps directly onto the beach at Downderry. It is a 3 minute walk to the Rosery Restaurant in Downderry. About a 2 minute walk to the Inn on the Shore pub, local store and post office. There is also a pub & Bistro on the beach at nearby Seaton Beach which is a 10 minute walk away. It is available for holiday rental all year and is located on the beach at Downderry. The kitchen also has an oak wooden floor. Size 3.5 x 5 Metres. LOUNGE - The open plan Lounge is spacious with plush leather settees, coffee table, units, lamps LCD 32" Widescreen TV, Sky Satellite System and an attractive oak floor. There are double aspect windows with beautiful sea views. There is a small conservatory leading out to a large sun terrace overlooking the garden & sea. Size 5 x 7.5 Metres. BEDROOM 1 - The first Double Bedroom has lovely sea views, an oak Kingsize bed with 2 bedside tables, lamps & wardrobe with drawers & mirror. HARDSTANDING FOR A BOAT IN GREENGATES DRIVEWAY There is a public slipway within walking distance (2 minutes) of Greengates, suitable for the launching of small boats. PETS - Up to 2 pets may accepted by arrangement at the time of booking (for guests' wishing to bring pets to Greengates there is a surcharge of £50 per pet per week). BED LINEN & TOWELS - Bed linen and towels are provided and inluded in the rental tariff. ELECTRICITY - Electricity & Gas is included in the tariff. Bed linen is included in the tariff.
