Fountains Log Cabin is set next to the farmhouse at Fountains Farm, located just outside Callington on the Launceston Road. Offering an unsual quirky accommodation for 4-6 guests. Walk to nearby fishing lakes and Kit Hill (ideal for ramblers) with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

KIT HILL COUNTRY PARK - Kit Hill is a wild, rugged granite hilltop famous for its fine views and fascinating history, Kit Hill forms a dominating feature, a focal point for miles around. Climbing to just over 1000 feet above sea level (333m), it is the highest point of the Hingston Down ridge. At the summit, three viewing tables help you identify features in the surrounding countryside, including Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, the Tamar Valley and Plymouth.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Fountains Log Cabin is let from Saturday to Saturday and sleeps 4-6, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. (Shorter breaks are available out of main season, subject to availability).

FOUNTAINS LOG CABIN HAS TWO SELF CONTAINED ACCOMMODATIONS WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCES AT EACH END OF THE LOG CABIN. ONE END OF THE LOG CABIN SLEEPS 2-4 GUESTS, THE OTHER END OF THE LOG CABIN SLEEPS 2 GUESTS. IDEAL FOR 2 COUPLES OR FAMILIES HOLIDAYING TOGETHER.

1ST END OF FOUNTAINS LOG CABIN (SLEEPS 2-4)

TIMBER DECKED PATIO - The Log Cabin has a timber-decked patio area with flower boxes, seating plus wooden table with parasole and 4 chairs plus bench seating for 2 should you decide to dine alfresco. A barbeque is also provided for guests' use. OPEN PLAN LOUNGE/KITCHENETTE - The open plan lounge/kitchenette has a two seater sofa, double sofabed (bed linen provided and included in the rental tariff), coffee table, breakfast table with 2 chairs, wall mounted 14" colour tv. The kitchenette has base units, wall unit, a sink (hot &cold water), toaster, kettle, fridge, worktop 2 ring baby belling with grill.

DOUBLE BEDROOM - The double bedroom has a double bed with pull out drawers under, hanging rail, side table with lamp. Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff.

SHOWER ROOM - The shower room has an electric shower, W.C, wash basin, mirrored bathroom cabinet and towel rail. 2ND END OF FOUNTAINS LOG CABIN (SLEEPS 2) OPEN PLAN STUDIO ACCOMMODATION WITH DOUBLE BED, TELEVISION, SMALL TABLE AND 2 CHAIRS, KITCHENETTE FACILITIES WITH WORKTOP 2 RING COOKER, MICROWAVE, SINK AND SHOWER ROOM WITH W/C AND WASH BASIN. PARKING - Private parking for 1 car is free in Fountains Farm driveway.

ELECTRICITY - Electricity is included in the tariff.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS - Bed linen and towels are provided for 4-6 guests.

IRONING FACILITIES - There is an iron and ironing board provided.

WELCOME PACK - A welcome pack is supplied and included in the rental tariff.

PETS - Not Accepted.
