About Bodmin... Historic old Cornish town. Rich in 15th Century architecture. To the east of the town is Bodmin Moor which is an area of outstanding natural beauty & is very popular with walkers and ramblers. Lots of places of interest to visit in the area including The Bodmin Steam Railway, Lanhydrock House and Pencarrow. Enjoy a fun-packed day out at Dobwalls Adventure Park or hire a boat at Siblyback Watersport Lakes. Bodmin makes a great base to be able to see all that Cornwall has to offer. There are many lovely walks for visitors to enjoy, including part of the Saints Way. Visit the National Trust's Lanhydrock House, with its wonderful grounds and gardens. The Eden Project and many other popular places to visit are all close by including the sandy beaches and spectacular cliff top walks of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. There are many other actitivities visitors can enjoy including cycling on the Camel Trail, horseriding, lakeland watersports & fresh water fishing to name a few.
