Trelawny Cottage is a traditional Cornish Cottage perfectly located just about 100 yards from the beach in the beautiful Cornish seaside village of Cawsand, Cornwall. The cottage sleeps 5 guests (plus pets) and has 3 bedrooms (double, twin and a single bedroom). There is an enclosed patio area to the rear of the cottage with patio furniture & barbeque. The picturesque coastal villages of Kingsand & Cawsand are unspoilt and have popular sandy beaches. The sea views are certainly spectacular and in recent years the villages have won awards for the best kept coastal villages in Cornwall. There are boats for hire and boat trips to Plymouth from the beach as well as a number of quaint little shops, seaside traditional Cornish Inns, restaurant, tea rooms and cafe. Cawsand is full of olde worlde charm, a great place to relax as well as offering easy access to Whitsand Bay, Seaton, Looe & Polperro.

Literally a few seconds away from Trelawny Cottage is The Cross Keys Inn with real ale and a restaurant is in the village square just down the street. There is also a bar at the hotel on the beach. Other pubs and restaurants in Kingsand are a short walk away too.

Trelawny Cottage is a period cottage sleeping 5 guests (plus pets) and is let from Sunday to Sunday (although we are flexible on dates by request), keys are made available from 1.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 11.30am on the last day of your holiday

bed linen & towels BED LINEN/ BATH TOWELS/ TEA TOWELS - Not supplied : Guests are required to bring all bed linen/towels/tea towels with them. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything the average family needs for a holiday except: sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels.
guest housekeeping The owner operates a TRUST housekeeping policy which requires guests to leave Trelawny Cottage as they found it. The advertised rental tariffs reflect a discounted rate for holidaymakers participating in this policy. Please be mindful guests will arriving after your depature and hope to find the cottage as you would expect to find it.

smoking There is a strict no smoking policy in the property.
