	Hawks View Cottage offers easy access to both Looe and Polperro with the beach at Millendreath just a few minutes walk away. Looe is a historic fishing port with quaint streets, a harbour, shops, restaurants, sandy beach, hidden coves and its own island. Nearby is Polperro, which is a picturesque Cornish fishing village with traditional white painted cottages overlooking the harbour, famed for its history of smuggling & fishing. The heritage museum at Polperro has old photos and exhibits. The Looe Valley Railway Station is just a short taxi ride away and is extremely popular with tourists. It winds its way for just over eight miles through the unspoilt Cornish countryside, along the river, hugging the steep sided Looe Valley. St Martins benefits from being particularly well located, with a wide variety of beaches nearby. There are also many beautiful coastal and country walks in the area.

FLY & COARSE FISHING is available at nearby Bake Fishing Lakes, 7 lakes set in 30 picturesque acres of the Cornish countryside. Tuition and equipment hire are available from the lakeside tackle shop. No membership required, the lakes are open from 8.00 until dusk all year. VISIT WWW.BAKELAKES.CO.UK ACCOMMODATION Hawk's View Cottage is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests, the property is furnished and equipped to a basic standard of self catering holiday accommodation.. The open plan kitchen has a cooker, fridge/ice-box, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table and chairs as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. The lounge has a leather three piece suite, colour television, coffee table and has countryside views. The master bedroom offers a 4'6 double pine bed, bedside table and pine wardrobe. Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff. The twin bedroom has two 3' pine beds beds and pine wardobe . Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff. The second twin bedroom has pine bunk beds and an occasional two seater sofa. Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff. The bathroom has a matching bathroom suite with a full-size corner bath. In the storage cupboard there is an iron, ironing board, freestanding clothes horse and hoover. There is a garden to the front of the cottage and patio furniture should you decide to dine alfresco and enjoy the countryside views. The cottage is presented on one level, with four steps up from the lounge to the three bedrooms. Electricity is included in the tariff. Private parking is free for holidaymakers renting the cottage. There is a no smoking policy in the cottage, however smoking is permitted in the garden. Dogs are accepted by arrangement (at the owners discretion) and must be kept on a lead on site, however there are woodland walks nearby and an all year dog friendly beach at Seaton which is a short drive away. The owners also have a field within a 1 minute walk away where dogs can be exercised.
