HOW TO BOOK "THE COTTAGE" : Select your holiday dates, then either telephone, text or email one of our sales advisors with your booking enquiry. Click the Reserve this Property On-Line link (above) for details of How to Book and submit your booking request by email or text. Once your holiday dates have been confirmed by Valley Villas you will receive a unique Booking Reference Code from Valley Villas (either by email, text or by a telephone call from one of our sales advisors). Once you have recieved your unique Booking Reference Code you can then submit the ONLINE BOOKING FORM. Once you have submitted the online booking form you can either pay your deposit & booking fee (inc VAT) by Cheque (we will reserve your holiday dates for 5 days to allow for post) or by Direct Bank Transfer or by Credit/Debit Card Payment Online (link to online payment on the "How to Book" page). Your receipt will be will be sent by return of post if paying by Cheque/Bank Transfer or by email if paying by Credit/Debit Card. A £250 deposit per week booked is required upon booking & the outstanding balance of rental is due 28 days before the start of your holiday.
