Brisban Place is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday.
Brisban Place Caravan sleeps 4-6 (4 adults + 2 infants) and is pleasantly located within a holiday park at White Cross, Newquay & easily accessible from the A30, being around 6 miles from the glorious coastline and beaches in Newquay.
The holiday park is very well presented with lots of facilities including a free outdoor heated swimming pool with flume and paddling pool (open May - September, weather permitting), a licensed bar and club, cabaret and entertainments lounge with dining facilities. There is a Kid's Club & childrens ' play area, crazy golf, takeaway, supermarket, launderette all set in spacious grounds and landscaped gardens. Brisban Place Caravan offers easy access to the beautiful beaches in Newquay.
The caravan is presented to a very high standard and has many extras to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
The open plan kitchen area has a range of fitted units, an oven and hob, fridge/icebox, microwave, toaster, kettle as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Dining table and chairs.
The spacious lounge has an additional sofa bed and offers comfortable seating, coffee table, disply cabinet, feature gas fire, Colour TV.
The master bedroom has a double bed, overbed fitted units, fitted wardrobes, shelves, dressing table, mirror, stool, bedside cabinets. Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff.
The twin bedroom offers two single beds which can be placed together to form a double. Overbed cupboards, wardrobe, mirror & shelf. Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin and WC.
Gas and Electricity is included in the rental tariff.
Parking next to the accommodation for up to two cars is free for holidaymakers renting Brisban Place.
*Housekeeping at Brisban Place is personally carried out by the owners who ensure very high standards of cleanliness and presentation upon arrival.
Regretably no all male or all female groups are accepted at Brisban Place, families and couples only.
