ACCOMMODATION
Poachers Leat is a detached self catering holiday chalet pleasantly located by the Carp Pond in the grounds of the owners main residence. It is located in the sleepy rural Cornish village of Carnhell Green between Camborne and Hayle in Cornwall Poachers Leat is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday.

The beaches of Gwithian, the Godrevey Light house made famous by Virginia Woolfe and beautiful St Ives Bay are 2 miles away.
Poachers Leat is a purpose built fully equipped self catering holiday chalet comprising of a large conservatory lounge (with picture window over the Carp Pond) including kitchenette, there is a spacious double bedroom (with lovely rural views from the picture window to St Ives, over open fields and on to the sea) and an ensuite shower room, high level w/c and wash basin . There is a private roof terrace and an elevated timber decked patio with patio furniture and stunning views. The lounge has a feature opague roof which makes for a very light and airy feel to the property. There is seating in the lounge for 3, double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, TV with DVD and free view satellite channels (including digital radio). There is a cast iron potbelly stove for those chillier evenings. The kitchenette facilities include a mobile island, fridge/ice box, belling 2 ring table top cooker with oven and grill, kettle, sink & draining area and ample supply of cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. There is a fold down dining table and 4 chairs.
There is a doorway to the master bedroom with ensuite shower room with high level w/c, wash basin and electric power shower . The property can accommodate 2 adults + travel cot, the double bedroom (with lovely rural views to St Ives, over open fields and on to the sea) has a kingsize double bed, double wardrobe with drawer, beside table and fully programmable electric heating . (There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for guests wishing not to share).
There is an enclosed covered courtyard area with access through patio door to side leading to a decking area with garden furniture, should you decide to dine alfesco and enjoy the stunning open rural views and a stairway up to a roof terrace with far reaching views to St Ives and the sea.
Poachers Leat is presented on one level and offers easy access.
One well behaved pet is accepted by prior arrangement.
The Village location has a pub and post office stores as well as an organic produce farm shop with its own restaurant nearby.

Electricity is by way of £1 coin meter.
Breakfast - Fresh breakfast foods are supplied by the owner (to be found in the fridge upon your arrival) & included in the rental tariff. Breakfast requirements can be requested prior to your arrival via the caretaker.
Private off road parking for holidaymakers is available.
There is a no smoking policy in Poachers Leat, however smoking is permitted in the patio/garden area
