Bellasize Barn (Sleeps 10+1 in total) comprises of Foxglove Barn (Sleeps 6+1) and Bluebell Barn (Sleeps 4). These two semi detached properties are tastefully converted traditional Cornish stone & slate-built barns sleeping a total of 12 guests between them. Located at Twowatersfoot (which is a Cornish word meaning 'the meeting of two rivers') in the picturesque Glynn Valley. Foxglove Barn (also available to let seperately for 6+1 guests) is semi-detached to Bluebell Barn (also available to let seperately for 4 guests). The Barns are situated next to a large meadow in the tree-lined valley and are just a stones' throw from the river Fowey, which is renowned for great trout and salmon. Bellasize Barn is set back from the road on the main A38 between Liskeard and Bodmin. The Halfway House Inn about a mile away is a family run pub offering great food, wines and ales. It is also a dog friendly pub. Carnglaze Slate Caverns are just around the corner, they are a very popular tourist attraction open all year attracting many visitors from both home and abroad, with it's famous sub-terranian lake and caverns of cathedral-like proportions. Guided tours available daily. Concerts & theatre productions are held underground in the caves.

Bellasize Barn is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. The accommodation comprises of two semi detached barns : Foxglove Barn (sleeps 6+2) and Bluebell Barn (sleeps 4) which are immaculately presented and together sleep a total of 10+ 2 guests. FOXGLOVE BARN ACCOMMODATION DETAILS (SLEEPS 6+ PETS+ COT+ CAMP BED) KITCHEN The large kitchen and breakfast room (17ft x 14ft 3") is immaculately presented with double aspect windows, beamed ceiling and a range of fitted units. There is a large dining table with eight chairs as well as a comfortable easy chair.. There is a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, heater and an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots & pans. WASHING MACHINE/DRYING FACILITIES There is a specially designed outbuilding with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional shower for guests' use. LOUNGE The lounge (17ft 6" x 16ft) has a beamed ceiling, large sofa, armchairs, a table, sideboard, colour television, DVD, VCR, lamp, heater and double french doors leading to a large patio. MASTER ENSUITE BEDROOM The large ensuite master bedroom (17ft x 14ft 6") has triple aspect windows and double french doors leading to a feature old solid granite stairway as a second entrance. A stripped pine floor adds to this characterful room. There is a wardrobe, pine dressing table, double bed, two easy chairs, table, lamp, hand made curtains, ensuite WC, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail, and walk-in shower. DOUBLE BEDROOM The second double bedroom (9ft x 6ft) has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirror, lamp and hand-made curtains. TWIN BEDROOM The third bedroom is a twin bedroom (14ft 2" x 8ft 1") has two single pine beds, dressing table, lamp, bedside cabinet, easy chair, mirror and hand- made curtains. BATHROOM The bathroom has a bath, wash basin, W.C., mirror, heated towel rail, and stripped pine floor. PARKING There is private parking for up to 3 cars next to Foxglove Barn. PLAY AREA There is a large play area for children with swings. GARDENS & BARBEQUE There is patio furniture provided and a barbeque area in the large gardens which are bordered by the wooded valley and river. The kitchen area has a range of wall and base units, cooker, fridge/ice box, microwave and kettle as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots & pans.
