As befitting of its prime coastal location, the development has a classic nautical feel & enjoys many stylish design features. The properties all benefit from double glazing, natural timber decking and fully fitted kitchens, as well as the latest high-tech pressurised central heating systems.
Downderry is a popular Cornish seaside village enjoying breathtaking unspoilt coastline & countryside. Good local day-to-day facilities are in abundance at Downderry with a general store, Post Office, traditional inn with lovely sea views and The Rosery Restaurant.
For those who enjoy walking, the famous coastal paths provide plenty of opportunities with nearby Seaton, Looe, Talland Bay & a little further afield to the charming 13th Century harbour at Polperro. The cliffside paths that run along Downderry afford outstanding views from Rame Head in the East right over to Looe in the West. You'll also discover the stunning wooded walk through the valley to Hessenford just a mile away. Good leisure and sporting facilities are all within easy reach, such as the stunning cliffside 18 hole golf course at Whitsand Bay, which also boasts an pool, sauna and restaurant

ACCOMMODATION
Treguna Cottage, Downderry, Cornwall is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. The cottage is a brand new purpose-built holiday cottage just a minutes' walk from the beach at Downderry and is immaculately presented, centrally heated, sleeping 4 guests. The kitchen/diner (10ft9' x 8ft8') has a range of fitted units, an integral cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/ice box, table & chairs, toaster & kettle as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. There glazed door from the kitchen leads to a natural timber-decked patio and small garden. Patio furniture is provided should you decide to dine alfresco.
The lounge (15ft4' x 10ft9') is very tastefully presented and has a settee and armchair, colour television, video, coffee table, occasional table and lamp. The double bedroom (10ft9' x 8ft8') offers a 4'6 double bed, two bedside units, bedside lamps, wardrobe and a mirror.
The twin bedroom (10ft9' x 8ft5') has twin beds.
The bathroom has a bath, wash basin, over bath shower, heated towel rail, shower screen, mirror, shelf and W.C.
Bed linen is provided and included in the tariff.
Electricity is included in the tariff.
Parking for the cottage is in a designated parking space.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the cottage, however smoking is permitted in the garden.
